Merchandises purchased at STTOKE HK are non-refundable. In case purchased product is defective , you can request for replacement within 7 days of receipt of shipment, please contact us through email info@sttoke.hk.

Door to Door Delivery:

The products will be delivered by SF Express to a Hong Kong address selected at checkout.

If we cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the related order will be cancelled and returned to our distribution center. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note:
Addresses for consolidated shipping and other couriers are currently not accepted. Those orders will be cancelled without further notice. After the order is cancelled, we will offer a full refund (excluding Cash On Delivery) to you at our soonest.

Self-pickup:

Once the orders have been delivered to the designated convenience store, SF Locker or SF Express store, we will send you a SMS notification for collection and keep the products there for 3 days. If you have not collected the products on the 3rd day, we will temporally store them in a SF service point and contact you again to re-arrange a delivery.

If the order fails to delivered/ collect on the 5th day, it will be automatically cancelled, and the products will be returned to Nike as undeliverable. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. The products will be delivered to your designated convenience store or SF Express store when placing the order. Door to Door Delivery:

The commercial and industrial areas: Expected to be delivered around 3-5 working days after the order is placed;

The outlying islands: Expected to be delivered around 4-6 working days after the order is placed;

Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date depending on the shipping information you provided and the time you paid.

Self-pickup at convenience store/ SF Express store/ SF Locker:

Orders will be delivered to a convenience store, SF Express store or SF Locker (except for those located in the outlying islands) around 3-5 working days. You will receive a SMS notification once your order is delivered to the self-collection point. The self-collection is subject to the time as specified in SMS. Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date depending on the shipping information you provided and the time you paid.

SF Express will arrange a delivery and collect payment for your order at the time of delivery. Only cash is accepted for the Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please note:

  • Carrier may call you prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery. If we could not reach you for delivery after two attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Carrier is only responsible for delivery and collect payment on behalf of Nike.com. If you have any questions about your purchases, please contact us directly. Carrier is not able to proceed any returns or exchanges.
  • If we could not reach you for delivery after two attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled. 

Self-pickup:

The products will be delivered to your designated SF Express store. (Currently, we don’t offer any self-collection services at the convenience store.) You will receive a SMS notification for collection when the products have been arrived at your designated SF Express store. Please make the payment when collecting your order from the store. Only cash is accepted for the COD.
