Merchandises purchased at STTOKE HK are non-refundable. In case purchased product is defective , you can request for replacement within 7 days of receipt of shipment, please contact us through email info@sttoke.hk.

The product is used, mishandled , unwrapped, without original packaging shall not be accepted for exchange.
